Get Involved

An event such as the Firefly Fine Arts Festival would not be successful without the countless volunteers that give of their time for this great weekend.  If you are interested in volunteering, simply check out the volunteer job descriptions below and find the one you are most passionate about, then fill out the Involvement Application Form and submit.  Don’t worry, we’ll let you help; this is an application you can’t mess up!

At Firefly we want the cool and unusual when it comes to Food Vendors!  If you offer a unique (yet edible) product let us know!  Remember, this is a three-day festival and our hours of operation are 10am-8pm Friday and Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday.  To find out more information, fill out the Involvement Application Form and indicate your interest in being a food vendor for the festival.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for the Firefly Fine Arts Festival we would love to talk to you.  There are numerous opportunities for both monetary and in-kind sponsorships.  Please allow us to custom-build a sponsorship proposal that will meet the needs of your business.  If interested, contact Jeremy Spencer, Festival Director at jeremy@fireflyartsfestival.com or (615) 740-5534.

If you’re an artist looking to submit your work, click here to go to the artist aplication page.

These amounts include a tax-deductible donation that helps support CAD’s mission of bringing the arts to the citizens of Dickson County and providing scholarship money to Dickson County students majoring in the arts.

Patrons also receive two tickets to the Preview Party (June 25, 2010), admission to the hospitality area during the festival, recognition in the 2010 Firefly program, and stickers identifying them as Firefly Patrons the weekend of the festival.
